Unit 7

For my visualization practice this week I chose my mother.  My beautiful mom passed away 4 years ago due to breat cancer.  I thank God that 95% of the time I am able to keep her alive through the great lessons she has thought me with a smile on my face.  I could not help but think about the way she use to take her time to teach me, how to be everything I would set my mind on.   i ponder about her facial expression when she was serious and when she was joking.  She is one the wisest and strong woman I have ever known. Picking her for this exercise was perfect and peaceful.

"One cannot lead another where one has not gone himself".  There is a creole proverbes that says" moun ki pase maladi ki konen remed". " Those who have been sick, are sure to know medicine".
Whenever I have been through something and encounter someone who is going through the same dilemma, it is always easier for me to genuinely relate, give advice or simply understand them.  In any other case, I am just doing my best trying but not being authentic.
It's great to help someone when I have personal experience with what's going on.  I can implement psychological and spiritual growth in your personal life by staying open-minded, willing to learn and surrendering to Christ my God.
