Visualization & Meditation

The two practices that I have chosen are meditation and visualization.  I have determined that they have been the most beneficial to me.  They have helped me dig deeper in my mind and clear out the clutters more than I would imagine.  The method I would use to implement these practices in my personal life to foster my mental fitness is by having a plan and working it.    I would do mediation in the mornings  and visualization at night.  The most  crucial step I would need to have is consistency and discipline.  Therefore, I would start slow or 1to 2 days a week, and gradually update to 3,4 to 7 days a weeks.
 I am absolutely positive that  once I gain momentum, it will become easier.
